OW Loeb supplies restaurants, hotels, bars, independent wine merchants, retailers and regional importers. Access and pricing are approved account by account.
Trade accounts
For restaurants, hotels and bars. Approved accounts receive the relevant trade catalogue and may apply for credit terms.
Agency accounts
For regional importers, wine merchants and shops. Agency orders are subject to a minimum of 120 mixed bottles per order.
How to apply
Email orders@owloeb.com with your business name, trading and delivery addresses, website, main contact, account type, invoice details and AWRS or premises-licence details where relevant.
Approved credit accounts are normally collected by Direct Debit on 30-day terms from invoice date. Credit limits, delivery terms and on-stop rules are confirmed in writing. Applying does not guarantee pricing, credit, stock or allocations, and does not opt you into marketing.

For restaurants, retailers and other trade customers, please contact orders@owloeb.com. We will confirm the appropriate wine list, tax basis, delivery arrangements and terms for your account.
Trade pricing or credit terms are not created by opening a website account. We agree them separately in writing before accepting a trade order.
